How do I make a reservation?
Grooming appointments can be made by calling KPR directly at (847) 741-5434 or by stopping in to make the appointment in person.
How far are you booked out for appointments?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule and get your pet in on the day that you request. We’re very spoiled and have a full staff of fantastic groomers. Saturday appointments and holiday appointments book up fast. Call us as soon as you can if you’re interested in one of those times.
Do you groom cats?
Of course we do, cats need to be groomed too! We offer a wide variety of services for our feline clients. Haircuts, baths, nail trims and even teeth brushing. Call us today and our reservation specialist can go over all the different options we offer for your cat.
How much does it cost to have my pet groomed?
When trying to determine a cost for grooming, there are several variables that are considered, such as the breed, size, kind of groom requested, condition of your pet’s coat and their corporation. Not all breeds are created equally when it comes to grooming, we don’t have a set price. Call in and talk your pet’s groom over with our reservation specialist and they’ll be able to give a detailed quote. We’re very comparable with all the rates in the area.
How long does it take to have my pet groomed?
There are several variables when trying to figure out the length of time to have your pet groomed. We can typically have it done in a reasonable time frame. Call KPR today and speak with our reservation specialist to give her the details on your pet’s grooming and they will give you an accurate time frame.
Can I add on activities for my pet while they’re being groomed?
Yes absolutely! You’re able to add on activities and additional treats for your pet. What a great way to get them excited to come in for their grooming appointment! Our reservation specialists are more than happy to go over the wide variety of options with you when you’re setting up an appointment or KPR’s office staff can go over those options as well.
